Return Policy
Return and refund policy
Important:
Please read our return policy carefully. While we do our best to accommodate all return requests, our policy applies as outlined below. Exceptions may only be made in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
Returning a Product
Timeframe:
You have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions:

The returned item must be in the same condition as received: unused and in its original packaging.

For products where hygiene is important, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
Damage Due to Personal Use
We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence on the part of the customer.
Any damage that is not a result of a manufacturing defect is not covered under our return policy.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear and lingerie.
How to Start the Return Process
To request a return, please email us at Info@Piercemonroe.com with the following:

Procedure:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming:

The approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Returns are processed internationally
Shipping costs start at $25 and are at the customer's expense.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse to accept your delivery, we cannot guarantee that the package will be returned to us. In most cases, refused shipments are not tracked back to our warehouse and may be lost in transit.
For this reason, we are unable to issue a refund for orders that are refused upon delivery.
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
If the issue occurs again on the second delivery, you will receive a full refund.
Order Cancellation
We cannot guarantee cancellation after 30 minutes, due to our automated processing system.
